Accounts are freely available to any person who wishes to sign up. Authentication occurs through several mechanisms, and in some cases will require a valid Internet email address. If an email address is not provided, certain functionality may not be available. This is an optional enhancement and is not required, and any information can be removed from the "My Account" page.

Warranty and Service Level

There is no warranty, express or implied, available for this service. Use this service at your own risk. On any service package, unless a specific agreement is made in writing, there is no implied service level agreements. While we strive for maximum uptime, there is no way to guarantee optimal uptime for our service. We are not responsible for any damage, loss of business, distress or any other related loss based on utilization of the Cartionary.com service. We are not responsible for accuracy of data, driving directions or abuse by users. If any abuse is discovered, we will take necessary action to ensure continued optimal operation of the Codepeek service.

Data Access

Access is only granted to an individual user, for personal or commercial use. No person shall use any automated scripts to access the service outside of that persons owned projects. Violation of this rule may yield immediate banning from the service, with immediate removal of all assets associated with the accounta nd projects.

Copyright

Codepeek does not provide copyright filtering on any user contributed content or information. The individual posting the content is responsible for ensuring proper licensing for any copyrighted material. In the event we are notified of copyright infringement, we will notify the user who posted that copyrighted material to respond. If no response is received in 48 hours, that content will be removed from the site indefinitely. Repeat offenses will result in users being banned from the service.
